Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.-
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.- A valid Order ID/Invoice is required.
• Non-returnable items: innerwear, socks, personal hygiene products, customized items, and
  discounted clearance.

Quality Check

Products are inspected. If they fail the check, they will be returned without refund.

Refund Policy

•  Online payments: refunded to source within 5–7 business days
•  COD: store credit/bank transfer
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

Report within 48 hours with images/video for validation.
